Prophet Muhammad ( SWS) is the last prophet. Consequently, It is now he alone who in this world is the sole source of Deenul – Islam ( full code of life). The Prophet Muhammad ( SWS) is not only considered as a religious leader but also he recognized as a skilled political leader. His life offers valuable insights into effective governance and leadership that continue to be studied and admired today. This article explores Prophet Muhammad’s ( SWS) role as a political leader, highlighting key aspects of his leadership style .
1. Al – Madinah Al- Munawwarah : The Beginning of Political Leadership after facing persecution in Makkah Al – Mukarramah, Prophet Muhammad and his followers migrated to Madinah. In Medinah, he established a community based on a constitution known as the Constitution of Madinah, which laid the foundation for an inclusive society.
2. Principles of Governance: Prophet Muhammad ( SWS) established the principles of justice and equal treatment for all, regardless of their background or religion. He practiced Shura, seeking the advice and consensus of his companions in important matters, promoting democratic principles.
